All sponsors will be listed on a lobby poster and in the program. A lobby display table will be provided to all sponsors, including Silver sponsors who choose that option.

Title Sponsor:  $7,500

1. Recognition in the title of the event, including Press releases, program cover, lobby banner, etc.
2. A one hour long performance by the General Assembly Chorus within 12 months of the event, at the time and place of the sponsor’s choosing, featuring;

•  The chorus dressed in full tuxedos.
•  Selected chapter quartets
•  Emcee

1. Recognition at the pre-event reception, including a reserved table.
2. Name, links prominently displayed on the PIP & General Assembly Chorus websites.
3. Two page center insert ad in the program booklet
4. 100 reserved admission tickets to the event

Elite Level Sponsor – $5,000

1. Recognition as a sponsor of the pre-event reception including a reserved table, poster
2. Name prominently displayed as provider of major pre-event food stations OR Recognition as the printer of the program
3. Name recognition in all press releases
4. Name, links prominently displayed on the PIP & General Assembly Chorus websites
5. Name on poster prominently displayed in lobby area as a major sponsor
6. Full-page advertisement in the program booklet
7. 50 reserved admission tickets to the event

Diamond Level Sponsor: $2,500

1. Recognition at the pre-event reception including a reserved table
2. Name prominently displayed as a provider of major pre-event food stations
3. Name prominently displayed on the PIP & General Assembly Chorus websites
4. Name recognition in all press releases
5. Full-page ad in the program booklet
6. 50 general admission tickets to the event

Platinum Level Sponsor:  $1500

1. Sponsors name shown on raffle tickets as provider of the top prize
2. OR
3. Name prominently displayed as a provider of pre-event food stations
4. Recognition at the pre-event reception
5. Name recognition in all press releases
6. Name on poster prominently displayed in lobby area as a major sponsor
7. Display table in the lobby
8. Full page advertisement in the program booklet
9. 30 general admission tickets to the event

Gold Level Sponsor: $1000

1. Sponsor’s name on display featuring “facts” about breast cancer OR
2. Name shown as printing  sponsor of 1800 admission tickets
3. Full page ad in the program booklet
4. 20 general admission tickets to the event

Silver Level Sponsor: $500

1. Table cards identifying sponsor as provider of registration table centerpieces OR
2. Display table in the lobby
3. Half page advertisement in the event program booklet
4. 10 general admission tickets to the event

Other Ways to Contribute

1. Benefactor:  $100 each
2. Patron: $25 each
3. Gift certificates or other prizes for our associated raffle
   ($50 to $250 value desired)
4. Your promotional items welcome as part of your display table
