Can I order a Valentine to be delivered on the 13th or 15th?
Delivery on the day after Valentines may be possible (subject to quartet availability) as a special order for $85. Please call Valentine Central at (919) 741-6582 with your special request.
How late will you deliver a Valentine?
Normal delivery hours end at 8 PM. However, a Special Delivery may be requested up to 9 PM for $85.
Can I cancel a Valentine order?
Valentine orders may be cancelled for a full refund up to within 48 hrs of delivery.
What if my recipient is not there or is unavailable when the quartet arrives?
Depending on the timing and location of the quartet's next delivery, they may be able to wait for up to 20 minutes for your recipient to arrive or become available. If delivery cannot be made, we will attempt to contact you and will do our best to make alternative delivery arrangements. Thus it is VERY IMPORTANT that we have a phone number where you can be easily reached on the day of delivery.
What can I do if there is a specific time during the day that my recipient will not be available? For the "9 - 5" deliveries, you can specify up to a 2 hour block of time to be avoided. For the "Morning/Afternoon" deliveries, up to a 1hr block may be specified. Please be sure to include this information in the Delivery Instructions when you place your order. If this time is not sufficient, you will need to order a "within 1 hr" delivery to help ensure that delivery occurs when your recipient is available.
Can I order a Valentine for more than one person?
Yes. You may list multiple recipients on a single card to receive the Valentine together. However, the standard prices only include one rose, one card, and two songs. You may purchase a rose and card for an additional recipient for $5.
Is there a price break for multiple Valentines to be delivered individually but at the same physical address (i.e. two individuals or groups on different floors or in different parts of an office building)? Yes, this is available as a special order (not available on-line). Please contact Valentine Central for a quote at (919) 741-6582.
