Setup information
Tear down would need to be discreet, or happen after the event is concluded (8:30pm). If that is a problem, we should be able to provide a PA, and then band would only need to provide backline.
Setup can happen anytime before 5pm. Guests are set to arrive starting around 5pm, cocktail hour (when we need band) starts at 5:30pm, dinner starts at 6:30pm.
Would also be interested in a quote for the entire event (5:30-8:30pm). There will be breaks where presentations are given.
